How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, and I won't charge you for what you don't need. After the review I send you a written quote, item by item, including what it costs every month, written down even when it's zero. No surprises later.
Is the review really free?
Yes. You send me the name of your business and I send it to you on WhatsApp within 24 hours. You don't have to buy anything, and nobody will call you back ten times.
Can I see something before deciding?
Yes: the demo is free. You see what your business will look like on the phone before signing. If it doesn't convince you, that's the end of it.
Do you only work in Sicily?
In person across the province of Agrigento. For the rest of Italy we meet on a video call: the work is the same.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little: your logo if you have one, a few photos, and an hour to tell me how you work. I write the texts and we review them together.
Do you take the photos?
No: we use yours. If new photos are needed, we decide together how to get them.
Do I need to know how to use a computer?
No. Everything you use works from your phone, and I explain it to you in person. Every app also has the answers to the most common questions built in.
Are the website and the Google profile mine?
Yes. The domain (the website address) and the Google profile are in your name. The logo, texts and photos you give me remain yours.
What does the monthly fee include?
The space where the website lives, security, and a little time every month for small changes. New things are quoted separately, before they're done.
Who do I write to if something goes wrong?
To me, on WhatsApp. No switchboard and no tickets.
Can I leave?
Yes. The domain and the content are yours, and I'll help you move them wherever you like.
I already have a website: can it be redone?
Yes. I look at what's there, keep what works and redo the rest. The address stays yours.
In how many languages?
In the ones you need. Translations are priced once the website is finished, when the texts are ready.
Can negative reviews be deleted?
No, and you shouldn't try. You reply well: readers look above all at how you reply.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Car dealers and car rentals, B&B and holiday homes, restaurants and pizzerias, bakeries and pastry shops, professional practices, barbers and beauty salons. If your business isn't on the list, message me: we still start with the review.

Do I update the cars myself?
Yes, from your phone: add a car with photos, change the price, mark it “Sold” with one tap. You don't have to call anyone.
Does it work for rentals too?
Yes. The customer chooses the car and the dates, and you receive a written request to confirm.
Do I have to leave the portals?
No. The portals bring leads; your website brings them without middlemen. They can work side by side.
Do I have to leave the portals?

Which languages does the chat answer in?
In 15 languages, with answers prepared in advance together with you. When it doesn't know, it hands the guest over to you.

How do bookings come in?
We choose together: a written request on WhatsApp, or the diary in the management app with the free slots.
Do you manage Instagram?
We put the profile and the ready-made replies in order. The photos of your work stay yours.
What if I have several staff members?
Each one with their own name and services, on the same page.
How long does it take to claim it?
It depends on Google: sometimes a phone call or a short video is enough, sometimes a postcard is needed. I'll guide you through every step.
Does the profile stay mine?
Yes, it's in your name. I only have the access you give me, and you can remove it whenever you like.
Does it work with several locations?
Yes: each location has its own link, so the review lands on the right profile.
Does the customer have to download anything?
No. They get a message, tap the link and write the review on Google.
Can it say wrong things?
It only answers with what we've prepared together. Anything else it passes on to you.
Can the answers be changed?

A Page is better: it connects to Instagram and to the Google profile, and shows your opening hours. I'll help you switch.
