Where
Let's start
Enter the name of your business and the town: I'll send it to you on WhatsApp.
Hi! Ask me anything: I answer the most common questions straight away. For everything else I'll put you through to Salvatore, on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, and I won't charge you for what you don't need. After the review I send you a written quote, item by item, including what it costs every month, written down even when it's zero. No surprises later.
Is the review really free?
Yes. You send me the name of your business and I send it to you on WhatsApp within 24 hours. You don't have to buy anything, and nobody will call you back ten times.
Can I see something before deciding?
Yes: the demo is free. You see what your business will look like on the phone before signing. If it doesn't convince you, that's the end of it.
Do you only work in Sicily?
In person across the province of Agrigento. For the rest of Italy we meet on a video call: the work is the same.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little: your logo if you have one, a few photos, and an hour to tell me how you work. I write the texts and we review them together.
Do you take the photos?
No: we use yours. If new photos are needed, we decide together how to get them.
Do I need to know how to use a computer?
No. Everything you use works from your phone, and I explain it to you in person. Every app also has the answers to the most common questions built in.
Are the website and the Google profile mine?
Yes. The domain (the website address) and the Google profile are in your name. The logo, texts and photos you give me remain yours.
What does the monthly fee include?
The space where the website lives, security, and a little time every month for small changes. New things are quoted separately, before they're done.
Who do I write to if something goes wrong?
To me, on WhatsApp. No switchboard and no tickets.
Can I leave?
Yes. The domain and the content are yours, and I'll help you move them wherever you like.
I already have a website: can it be redone?
Yes. I look at what's there, keep what works and redo the rest. The address stays yours.
In how many languages?
In the ones you need. Translations are priced once the website is finished, when the texts are ready.
Can negative reviews be deleted?
No, and you shouldn't try. You reply well: readers look above all at how you reply.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Car dealers and car rentals, B&B and holiday homes, restaurants and pizzerias, bakeries and pastry shops, professional practices, barbers and beauty salons. If your business isn't on the list, message me: we still start with the review.
What do you do?
The tailor-made website, the Google profile, reviews, the chat assistant, the tailor-made management app, social media with automatic replies. Take only what you need.
Who's behind Approdea?
I am, Salvatore. Approdea is small on purpose: I know your business, and when you need something, you write to me.
Are you a bot?
I'm the website's assistant: I answer the most common questions in Salvatore's own words. I can be on your business's website too.
Hi!
Hi! Ask me anything: prices, the free review, where I work, what I do. Or tap one of the buttons below.
How do I get in touch?
On WhatsApp, with the button below, or by email at info@approdea.com. If you'd rather talk it through, book a call.
Can we talk?
Yes: tap “Book a call” below, choose a time that suits you and I'll confirm it on WhatsApp.
How long does it take?
It depends on what you need. I'll tell you before we start, together with the written quote.
What's in the free review?
I look at how a new customer finds you today: your Google profile, your website, your reviews. I send you a page with what works and what could be better.
Thanks!
You're welcome! If another question comes up, I'm here.
Do I update the cars myself?
Yes, from your phone: add a car with photos, change the price, mark it “Sold” with one tap. You don't have to call anyone.
Does it work for rentals too?
Yes. The customer chooses the car and the dates, and you receive a written request to confirm.
Do I have to leave the portals?
No. The portals bring leads; your website brings them without middlemen. They can work side by side.
Do I have to leave the portals?
No. The portals stay for people who don't know you. The website is for people who've already found you, and for those who come back.
Which languages does the chat answer in?
In 15 languages, with answers prepared in advance together with you. When it doesn't know, it hands the guest over to you.
Where do the reviews end up?
On your Google profile, requested from the guest with a message when they leave.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes, from your phone: a new dish, a price, the dish of the day. The QR code stays the same.
Where do the bookings arrive?
On WhatsApp, already written out: day, time, number of people, name and phone.
Does the QR code need printing?
I'll prepare it ready to print for the tables and the shop window.
I have several shops: do I need a website for each?
No. One website with all the shops, and a Google profile for each one, with its own address and opening hours.
Where do the orders arrive?
On WhatsApp, with all the details. If you also take the management app, they go into the list of things to prepare.
Can I add the products of the day?
Yes, you change them yourself from your phone.
Are privacy and cookies in order?
Yes: the website has its own privacy and cookie pages, written about what the website actually does.
Can I list my specialisations?
Yes, each with its own page: people looking for that very thing find you.
Is asking for reviews appropriate for a practice?
Yes, if it's done tactfully and only with satisfied clients. We write the message together.
How do bookings come in?
We choose together: a written request on WhatsApp, or the diary in the management app with the free slots.
Do you manage Instagram?
We put the profile and the ready-made replies in order. The photos of your work stay yours.
What if I have several staff members?
Each one with their own name and services, on the same page.
How long does it take to claim it?
It depends on Google: sometimes a phone call or a short video is enough, sometimes a postcard is needed. I'll guide you through every step.
Does the profile stay mine?
Yes, it's in your name. I only have the access you give me, and you can remove it whenever you like.
Does it work with several locations?
Yes: each location has its own link, so the review lands on the right profile.
Does the customer have to download anything?
No. They get a message, tap the link and write the review on Google.
Can it say wrong things?
It only answers with what we've prepared together. Anything else it passes on to you.
Can the answers be changed?
Yes: if an opening time or a service changes, the answer is updated.
Do I need a website?
The chat lives on the website. If there's no website, we start there.
What can it manage?
For a car showroom: enquiries, test drives, trade-ins, services. For a bakery: holiday orders. For a practice: files and deadlines. We start from the way you work.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens from your phone like a website, and you can add it to your apps with one tap.
What if several of us work on it?
Everyone logs in with their own name and sees what they need.
Do you publish the posts?
We put the profile and the replies in order. The content stays yours, because nobody tells the story of your work better than you.
I have a personal profile with the shop's name: is that OK?
A Page is better: it connects to Instagram and to the Google profile, and shows your opening hours. I'll help you switch.
Do I need social media if I have a website?
It depends on who your customers are. I'll tell you in the free review.
Maybe you were looking for one of these:
Only Salvatore can answer that one. Message him on WhatsApp: he'll reply himself, usually the same day.
